Airbus Helicopters España S.A. (AHE) integrates the Rotorcraft activities in Spain being a tractor company of other Spanish entities that participate in the Rotatory wing Aircraft Industry.

EBSTIF perform Design and Stress activities participating in all the phases of the product, from specification to customer in-service support: conceptual and detail design, support to production (non-conformity assessment, generation of documentation needed for manufacturing, etc.), support to testing activities, generation of evidences for certification/qualification purposes and costumer support.

In this context, EBSTIF is looking for candidates with:

- Ability to design Helicopter structure components and assemblies that are optimized in terms of weight, cost, performance, production/assembly requirements while highest safety of the Product is assured using appropriate design tools.

- Ability to verify the compliance of a detailed design solution toward baseline of validated requirements for a single sub-system / equipment / component / module.

- Ability to develop modifications and retrofits within timescales as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team.

- Ability to adapt design solutions to real Helicopter configuration in a brief period of time

Technical skills

- Mandatory: 5 years of experience in Composite and Metallic Helicopter Structure Design, CATIA V5 advanced user (autonomy in CPD, FTA and Drawings, specifically), Microsoft Office user, Configuration management (VPM), Change management (ECR/ECP management), Knowledge of AH Manufacturing processes

- Desirable: CATIA V4, Composite repair design, Team management

- Ability to communicate technical subjects effectively and accurately to non-specialists.

Soft skills

- Team spirit

- English: advanced level. French: valuable

- Proactive person with continuous improvement spirit

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Open and curious mindset as well as a practical and agile approach
