About Role
As a UX/UI Designer within our transversal team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the
user experience and visual design of digital products for various internal and external
customers across Airbus. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from initial
concept to final implementation, working closely with product teams, stakeholders, and
end-users.
Your passion for user-centered design, combined with your strong visual design skills, will
be instrumental in creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital solutions
that adhere to Airbus standards and guidelines. You will contribute to a collaborative and
innovative environment, leveraging the resources and support of the Central Design Team
to deliver impactful design outcomes.
Responsibilities :
• Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and
competitive analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate user insights and business requirements into user flows, wireframes,
prototypes (low to high fidelity), and information architecture.
• Analyse the product UI maturity with Heuristic evaluation
• Develop user personas and journey maps to ensure a user-centric approach
• Plan and facilitate Product discovery, kick off sessions. During project phase
facilitate Product vision workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Evaluate the usability and effectiveness of existing and proposed designs, providing
data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and developers to ensure the feasibility
and successful implementation of design solutions.
• Propose sustainable solutions and creative solutions which will contribute to Airbus
Vision.
• Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with Airbus
brand guidelines and design system.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using design tools (Figma, Protopie).
• Ensure the responsiveness and accessibility of designs across different devices
and platforms.
• Prepare the handover documentation to business stakeholders & dev team after
project completion
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the Airbus design system.
• Align with fellow colleagues and PO during the team rituals.
• Continuously contributing to the team's better practice, way of working and
participating in team rituals.
• Complete accountability to the assigned projects and being able to learn new things
and bring knowledge to the team.
• Believing in a positive and happy workplace and contributing to create a dream
workspace for self and others.

• Creating awareness within the organization to adapt design practices and to
increase design maturity in all teams.
• Customer satisfaction is our main goal and maintaining the customer relation.

Education & Experience:
• Design degree or Masters gets preference or equivalent experience in the design
domain is mandatory
• Proven track record of 5-6 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer,
Product Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of user-centered design solutions for
web and/or mobile applications.
• Demonstrated experience in leading design projects and collaborating effectively
with cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience with strong user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews,
surveys, usability testing).
• Experience in translating the research into UI
• Stakeholder management will be additional add-ons for this role.
• very good communication skill is mandatory skill
• Experience in driving the design workshop facilitation (eg; ideation workshop,
Product vision)
• Additional creative skills will be interesting
