We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and highly organized individual to join our growing Program Delivery team as an Administrative & Operations Assistant. In this key role, and reporting directly to Operations Direction, you will ensure our teams are well-supported by providing transversal support to both the department and the various projects currently in execution.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing travel, agendas and administrative procedures for project support.
- Managing project configurations and ensuring key workflows are tracked and maintained.
- Organizing and archiving essential project documentation.
- Providing organizational support for training initiatives.
- Assuming progressive functions and responsibilities based on company needs and your professional aspirations.
Skills and experience:
We are seeking a candidate with relevant training-preferably a medium-level vocational qualification in administration-and at least three years of experience performing similar duties in a multinational environment. You must be proficient in office software tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and possess strong spoken and written Spanish & English skills.
The ideal candidate is proactive, autonomous, and a problem-solver who works well in a team and is motivated to grow and develop professionally within a company undergoing continuous transformation and expansion.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
