Finance Accountant

The Role

As a cornerstone of our Finance team, you will take full ownership of our end-to-end accounting ecosystem. You aren’t just managing ledgers; you are ensuring the financial integrity of our operations through meticulous IFRS reporting, robust internal controls, and seamless cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Accountabilities

  • Financial Process Ownership: Lead the end-to-end AP and General Ledger processes, ensuring all financial flows and transactions are captured with precision.
  • Closing & Reporting: Drive the monthly and year-end closing cycles, preparing high-quality IFRS reports and statutory financial statements.
  • Audit & Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, maintaining a "gold standard" for internal controls and policy compliance.
  • Operational Leadership: Own the Payment and General Procurement (GP) processes from a finance perspective, ensuring secure and auditable execution.
  • Process Improvement: Actively identify and execute opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and local procurement processes.

  • Precision: Accurate, timely financial records that reflect the health of the business.
  • Security: A payment environment backed by bulletproof documentation.
  • Compliance: Seamless delivery of financial statements and control reports that meet all regulatory standards.
  • Evolution: Successful execution of ad-hoc projects and process enhancements.

Who You Are

Experience & Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
  • Systems: Functionally proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (specifically advanced Excel).
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of IFRS .
  • Language: Full professional proficiency in both Chinese and English (verbal and written).
