Un poste de Local Customer Service Representative (h/f) vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Defence & Space à (Istres). Vous rejoindrez le département du centre de service support A330 MRTT.

Délivrer une expertise locale à l'Armée de l'Air française et de l’espace afin de conseiller le client dans toutes les activités relevant du bureau technique MRTT et CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation)

  • Aider avec les aéronefs au sol (AOG) et les enquêtes sur les incidents techniques.
  • Délivrer des commentaires et des propositions pour améliorer la satisfaction des clients et les performances des services Airbus DS - Aider à mettre en œuvre ces améliorations

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Le candidat doit posséder la nationalité française afin de pouvoir travailler sur des sujets NEO FR conformément à l’IGI 1300 du 11/08/2021 (article 7.1.1.3).

Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous serez responsable des activités principales suivantes :

  • Répondre aux requêtes de l'opérateur pendant la disponibilité en dehors des heures de travail en cas d'aéronef au sol (AOG) et de requêtes d'incident.
  • Délivrer des conseils pour résoudre tout dépannage pertinent et soutenir leur exécution des tâches de maintenance
  • Délivrer une fonction de filtrage dans les deux sens pour éviter les erreurs d'interprétation lors de la communication
  • Etre en veille des progrès de la maintenance sur les aéronefs
  • Délivrer une évaluation technique sur les demandes fréquentes de pièces de rechange/GSE qui peuvent avoir une incidence sur la disponibilité des aéronefs
  • Évaluer en permanence l'activité opérationnelle de la flotte d'aéronefs et signaler tout problème d'assistance pertinent
  • Répondre de manière qualitative aux questions techniques
  • Enquêter sur tous les problèmes techniques importants du système et de la structure en service pour collecter des informations connexes et les délivrer dans le cadre d'une requête technique complète et détaillée
  • Travailler avec tous les membres de l'équipe du centre d'assistance d'Airbus conformément au code de conduite d'Airbus
  • Assurer la liaison avec la FAF pour collecter et délivrer des données de fiabilité au centre de compétences (CoC) d'Airbus DS pour la génération de rapports de fiabilité

Compétences requises

Vous avez la formation, les expériences et compétences suivantes :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur aéronautique ou EASA PART 66 AIRBUS A330 de type avec RR Trent 700 dans le domaine de l’aéronautique.
  • La qualification de type A330MRTT serait un plus.
  • Au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans un Part 145 ou Part M dans une compagnie aérienne et/ou une organisation MRO.
  • Une expertise au sein du Centre de Contrôle de Maintenance (MCC) serait un plus.
  • Familier avec l'utilisation d'Airnav.
  • Connaissance d'AMASIS ou d'un logiciel équivalent obligatoire.
  • Très motivé par le support client, sens du contact et du relationnel.
  • Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication.
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe dans un environnement stimulant avec de la rigueur et de la discrétion.
  • Bonne présentation personnelle.
  • Ouverture, dévouement et esprit d'équipe.
  • Forte agilité et fait preuve d’organisation.
  • Niveau de négociation en français obligatoire.
  • Niveau d'anglais de négociation.
  • Niveau d’Espagnol technique serait un plus

A vacancy for an A330 MRTT Customer Service & Technical Support (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space SAS, based in Istres (Marseille area) on the French Air Force military base.

The successful candidate you will join the TASWF3 (Airbus Support Centre MRTT) department.

Airbus Defence and Space has been contracted to deliver In-Service Support services to French Air Force for their A330 MRTT fleet. This includes aircraft maintenance, material support and technical services, GSE, Camo & working party support.

Within the local support team of Airbus Defence & Space (TASWF3) made of about 30 persons from all disciplines mentioned above, you will report operationally to the MRTT Technical Services Manager in Istres.

Within this position, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Provide local expertise to French Air Force in order to advise the customer in all activities relevant to MRTT Technical office and local CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Organization) support
Assist with Aircraft On Ground (AOG) and incident inquiries
Provide feedback and proposals to improve customer satisfaction and Airbus DS services performance - help to implement such improvements

Respond to operator queries during standby outside working hours in case of aircraft on
ground (AOG) and incident inquiries.
Provide guidance to resolve any relevant troubleshooting and support their performance
of maintenance tasks
Provide a filtering function both ways to avoid misinterpretations during communication
Stay current on maintenance progress
Provide technical assessment on frequent spare parts/GSE requests that may impact aircraft availability
Continually assess the aircraft fleet operational activity and report any relevant support
issues Ensure that all queries are appropriately answered Investigate all significant System & structure in-service technical issues to collect relatedinformation and deliver these within complete and detailed Technical query Work with all Airbus Support Centre team members in accordance with Airbus code of conduct Collect and transfer to Rolls-Royce all required files and usage data to allow Health and Usage Monitoring of Trent engines Liaise with FAF to collect and provide reliability data to Airbus DS Center ofCompetences (CoCs) for reliability report generationThis role could involve some travels for business (once or twice a month) in France and/or Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible forclearance by the recognized authorities (SECRET - FRENCH EYES ONLY).This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Skills & experience:

You will have the following skills and experience:
Educated to an aeronautical engineering degree level or EASA PART 66 AIRBUS A330 rated with RR Trent 700.
Type rating A330 would be a plus.
At least 10 years of experience in a Part 145
or Part M in an airline and/or MRO organization.
Expertise within Maintenance Control center would be a plus.
Familiar with Airnav usage.
Knowledge of AMASIS or equivalent software mandatory.
Highly motivated by customer support.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
