Role: PAM Manager
Location: England/ hybrid or Edinburgh
Careel Level: Manager
Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this role, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.
As a PAM Manager, you will…
- Lead the delivery of complex Privileged Access Management (PAM) programmes across enterprise environments, leveraging platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, and One Identity
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand challenges and design secure, scalable solutions
- Own end-to-end delivery of PAM initiatives — from strategy and architecture through to implementation and adoption
- Drive measurable security and business outcomes by combining deep technical expertise with strong consulting and leadership skills
- Operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing competing priorities and turning complex challenges into practical solutions
- Contribute to the growth of the PAM capability, supporting innovation, new initiatives, and go-to-market development

Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Governance (IAG) concepts and experience delivering end-to-end implementations
- Hands-on experience with leading IAG platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta) and their core components/integrations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical and senior stakeholders
- Strong delivery and organisational skills, including managing risks, dependencies, and complex workstreams
- Experience producing IAM governance and operational documentation (e.g. operating models, runbooks, DR plans)
Desirable Skills:
- Certifications in IAM/IGA platforms
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT)
- Exposure to identity infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory), reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), or cloud integrations
- Experience onboarding applications or cloud platforms into IAM/IGA solutions
- Consulting mindset, with ability to support proposals and engage stakeholders across delivery and business teams
- Willingness to work in client-facing environments, including onsite where needed
