Marketing Advisory is a consulting practice uniquely positioned within Accenture Song to help clients on their Marketing Re-invention journey. We build close relationships with our clients to fully understand their growth objectives, then work collaboratively with them to help shape their transformation. This can encompass developing a strategic vision, brand strategy, operating model, new ways of working, embracing new technologies, and driving a culture change or building people capabilities and skills.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for an Experience Transformation Consultant, to lead on Customer Experience workstreams.

You’ll need a good understanding of experience strategy and an ability to independently manage the translation of the ambition into actionable blueprints and requirements.

Channel, tech and operational feasibility analysis will be crucial to bring these strategies to life.

This role is required help evolve the way our clients can transform the experiences it delivers every customer interaction.

As a Consultant in Marketing Advisory, you will:

  • Engage with marketing leadership teams to explore their vision and purpose for the function in driving business objectives and strategies

  • Lead and project manage workstreams as part of larger marketing transformation programmes

  • Develop project deliverables and frameworks that shape marketing transformation and deliver measurable impact

  • Educate marketing practitioners about the complexities and application of Generative AI and agentic technologies in the day-to-day marketing operations and practises.

  • Support business development activities including proposal development and delivery

  • Build strong and trusted client relationships – supporting account leadership in opportunity identification, growth and new business opportunities.

  • Contribute to client projects to shape and co-create Capability Strategies, Operating Models, Transformational Roadmaps and Change Management programmes to drive organisational growth and performance improvement in teams to deliver tangible results

  • Partner with other capability areas across Accenture to deliver end-to-end business transformation

  • Assess client capability gaps in areas such as: Operating model, Insights, Segmentation & Portfolio Strategy, Strategy & Planning, Customer Engagement and Digital marketing

  • Build strong internal networks and relationships to foster collaboration and cross-functional knowledge sharing

We’ll be looking for you to have:

  • Previous experience in marketing experience in a blue-chip client role, marketing consultancy or agency

  • Experience designing and leading the delivery of complex marketing and / or experience transformation projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Experience across marketing disciplines including insight, strategy and planning, innovation, customer experience, e-commerce, social & digital.

  • Sound capability in diagnosing client needs, analysing market trends, supporting the development of marketing strategies and advising execution and feasibility requirements across tech, data, creative, AI etc.

  • A deep and practical understanding of Generative AI and agentic technologies and their transformative impact on marketing, including;

    • Strategic experience advising clients on how this technology can reshape their marketing capabilities.

    • Practical, hands-on experience in areas such as prompt engineering.

  • Ability to simplify complex topics and guide clients through emerging tech with clarity

  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships

  • Confident working independently and managing multiple engagements at once

  • Experience in any of the following sectors: Life Sciences and Consumer Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Communication, Media, Entertainment and Technology
