Job Description

You are a hybrid consulting + delivery skilled individual who can translate GenAI and agentic concepts into business-ready marketing outcomes and then drive implementation end‑to‑end. You combine deep MarTech fluency (content supply chain, content and campaign marketing processes and underlying integrated MarTech platforms - CMS, DAM, workflow tools) with hands-on agentic workflow design—turning fragmented “point agents” into a collaborative workbench across the marketing journey. You’re comfortable shaping value cases, operating models, and governance (incl. Responsible AI, data/knowledge readiness, observability), and you can partner confidently with client stakeholders from Marketing, Data, Legal/Compliance, and Technology. You’re not an “AI engineer,” but you are technically credible: you understand agent orchestration patterns and can work with engineers to convert requirements into prototypes, integrations, and scaled run operations. Above all, you bring strong stakeholder management, product ownership, and agile delivery skills—able to mobilise cross‑functional teams and deliver measurable change.

  • Lead client discovery to define the agentic marketing vision, priority use cases, success measures, and the roadmap from pilot to scale (including scale-up operating model and investment framing).
  • Architect a horizontal agent workflow / workbench approach so agents collaborate across research, content, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting—reducing siloed point solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional & technical requirements for agentic capabilities, and steer solution design through prototypes to validate feasibility and user experience.
  • Drive MarTech/AdTech capability assessments, vendor/tool evaluations, and recommendations on optimising the stack for agentic workflows (automation, decisioning, CDP, content tooling).
  • Partner with engineering/architecture teams to implement agentic solutions with appropriate integration patterns into existing systems and workflows (e.g., DAM/content sources, translation/localisation, campaign activation, analytics).
  • Define and govern knowledge & data foundations for agent performance (metadata/semantic modelling, unstructured content readiness, lineage/trust considerations).
  • Establish Responsible AI & governance controls: approvals, human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints, auditability, and policy alignment for marketing content and decisioning.
  • Build measurement frameworks for agentic marketing outcomes (quality, cycle time, adoption, performance lift), and set up continuous learning loops to improve agents over time.
  • Manage delivery as a workstream lead: sprint planning, RAID, budget tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder comms across consulting and implementation phases.
  • Contribute to business development: shape proposals, craft client narratives, and package reusable assets/accelerators for agentic marketing engagements.
