At Accenture, we are recruiting for Alliance Insights and Management Lead role. In this role, you will manage aspects of the Oracle partnership, including Partner Program KPIs, governance, communications and escalations​ Develop expertise in Oracle’s products and offerings, the differentiating value they provide to clients, and how they complement Accenture’s own platform and delivery capabilities​.

Job Description:

• Combine Oracle technology and Accenture services to incubate oracle business group priorities, frame unique value propositions, and enable selling at scale across the Business Group​. Activate Regional events, and support the compilation of external analyst reports​
• Build and manage the strategic relationship between regional Oracle Alliance teams and Accenture oracle business group, Sales and Client teams​. Ensure alignment on strategic objectives focused on Accenture priorities​
• Define and execute standing joint governance model within region, including cross-Accenture participation (Oracle, Technology, Client Group, Service)​
• Define and execute a structured engagement model with Regional managing directors, Sales Capture Leads, etc. for deal registrations (impacted, sourced)​
• Drive communications strategic wins, joint priorities, sales enablement sessions, awards and accolades, etc​
• Incubate and Enable Strategic Business Group Priorities​. Help originate and close priority deals with Accenture sales and account teams and clients, leveraging relationships with Oracle​
• Develop and drive enablement for joint strategic Business Group priorities, bundling Oracle platform / technology with Accenture services capabilities, engaging across Accenture organizations as needed​
• Partner with Oracle to frame the value proposition and strategic differentiation​. Provide feedback to Oracle, sharing insights and reactions for continuous improvements and alignment to client needs​
• Activate Partnership Events and External Analyst Reports​
• Support Accenture Oracle Leadership Council, Oracle AI World, Sales Kick-off, and Knowledge planning and execution, including oracle business group priority alignment, regional attendance, Oracle + client meetings, etc.​
• Execute / facilitate content submission for priority Analyst reports (PAC Radar, Everest, etc.)​. Support In-Region World Forums, Regional Summits, Executive Dinners, Industry Events, EBCs as prioritized by Global Growth and Strategy Lead​

Key skills required:

• Strong experience in a similar role, related to the Oracle Partnership, either in Alliance Role, Business Development role.
• A strong past experience in selling Oracle Solutions or Oracle Sales Management role will be a plus.
• A good Oracle Solutions ’s overall knowledge in the Industries, Fusion Applications, OCI, Data & AI
• Deep understanding of the Oracle EMEA landscape in terms of organisation is a big plus.

• Language skills: English (mandatory), any additional European language will be a plus
