Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • General Admin: Taking notes in meetings and storing these in the appropriate system, arranging logistics for in-person workshops and supporting the team when creating documents and presentations.
  • Operations Admin: Providing support to the Operations Manager, you’ll help organise and update documentation on our systems: Google Suite, Notion, Harvest and CharlieHR and others.
  • Sales Admin: You’ll help to reach out to prospects, set up meetings with our Head of Partnerships and create proposals.
  • Recruitment Admin: Supporting the recruitment process, you’ll help to draft job descriptions, communicate with applicants and set up interviews.
  • HR Admin: Creating offer letters and contracts and ensuring new starters are set up on all systems alongside data entry into our HR software.
  • Culture and Brand Admin: You’ll inform benefit providers of any new starters or leavers, you’ll help produce guidance documents and contribute to our brand by purchasing gifts, organising events and applying for awards.

It’s okay if you haven’t used any of our systems before as we will help you pick them up quickly.

  • A diligent, personable and collaborative person
  • Ability to be discrete when handling confidential matters
