The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join us. This role will be focused on sourcing senior digital marketing talent for predominantly retained projects. You will be joining a team of true specialists who focus on delivering exceptional service, and on top of that they are a delightful bunch to work alongside. We are looking for people who have the ability to build long-lasting relationships and are genuinely excited about the ever-changing world of digital.

This role will suit someone who has recruitment experience but are now interested in who're interested in taking the plunge in a entrepreneurial business where they can carve out their own personal brand in the market. As a leadership team, we empower our employees to operate with full autonomy. 

You’ll be working alongside a hands-on executive team who have extensive experience in building and scaling recruitment businesses, they will be on hand for coaching and mentoring to support your development.
