About the role...
This role will be instrumental in keeping everyone in APAC connected, looking after the logistical needs and supporting both HR and Marketing activities. This role will report into the HR Specialist and empowered to lead Engagement, the Office and CSR activities.
The Details...
- The office is yours to look after! Keep it well stocked up and revitalised every so often!
- Teach us to play hard! Coordinate events, meals and gatherings for the team!
- Nothing beats giving back to society, you will lead the team on Corporate Social Responsibilities!
- Lead on Health & Safety for the Singapore Office.
- Support on administration (HR and marketing) e.g. raising of POs and updating trackers
- Manage the inventory of corporate gifts; coordinating on production and shipping
- Conduct simple market research and coordination for hosted events (e.g client hospitality initiatives)
- Constantly look for ways and processes to improvise
Skills Knowledge & Expertise
- Fresh graduates only!
- Communicate well in writing
- Organised with a high level of attention to details
- Works well in a team and likes to see people happy!
- A can-do and can-try attitude!
- Confident in technology and in exploring new technologies
