As Head of Customer Success at V7 you will be responsible for driving the growth and continuous improvement of the CS function. V7's product is widely loved by customers so you will be building on a solid foundation.
Our team is scientifically-minded and engineering-heavy, yet very customer oriented and ready to support the head of customer success with tooling and product features to support their impact. The ideal candidate for this role has proven ability to lead within a world class customer success function. They are extroverted yet organized, and with a strong adherence to establishing and meeting targets.
Some of the responsibilities you will take on:
-Develop and implement appropriate account strategies for both large and small customers-Undertstand the customer journey in precise detail in order to optimise V7's touch points-Strategise ways for your team to deeply understand and profoundly impact the trajectory of our customers toward sucess-Work cross-functionally to align V7 teams in delivering world class customer experience-Own key metrics, inspire high performance, build a top 1% team
Experience scaling and managing a customer success team at a software vendor
Experience in a high/hyper-growth environment preferred
