Some of the responsibilities you will tackle are:

• Social Management: As social media manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our brand social channels on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram including ownership of our social calendar and posting schedule.

• Community Development: You will develop & manage a new community in our industry. This will involve both digital and physical communities.

• Tone of Voice: You will be responsible for contributing to the creation of and developing our tone of voice.

• Content Creation: You will produce high-quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform; work closely with the wider content team to produce high-quality output that resonates with a wider audience and showcases the V7 platform.

• Campaign Creation: Drive effective and create social campaigns, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and design.

• Market Analysis: Analyse social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both the social and greater marketing team with hot topics, breaking news, sentiment/market observations.

• Reporting: You will report and share how posts are performing. To gain insights on how we can improve, the social media manager will look at results and provide an unbiased view on why certain posts are performing well, or poorly. The output should suggest further creative testing and experimentation and formats that do/don’t work.

• Do Something Meaningful: You will be a part of the future of AI technology and assist V7 in becoming a leading player in the industry.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a social media manager or similar

• An attraction to micromanagement automation so you can focus on macro

• Excellent writing skills for succinct messaging

• An aversion to technical debt

• A curious, scientific mind

• Trend setter: staying abreast of new trends and hot topics, and knowing how to jump on these for our work

• Proactive: thinking outside the box, solutions focused, dynamic, resourceful and strong sense of initiative
