We are looking for a high performing Growth operations lead to tie together the different elements of our sales engine and further drive our explosive growth.

As a growth operations lead at V7 you will be in charge of our sales team's tooling and reporting, ensuring that the activities performed by the team are efficient and measurable. You will continuously improve our sales operations stack by introducing revenue-reporting solutions like Chartmogul, and speed up the closing of deals with well-configured CPQ.

The ideal candidate for this role has previously worked in sales or marketing operations at a high-growth SaaS software company. We seek candidates opinionated on what software to use for the job and with enough technical abilities to maintain the connections between Hubspot our CRM and our various tech stack components. V7, being an automation company, strives for a highly efficient sales funnel. You will have access to proactive support from engineering and leadership in supporting your operations - and we mean this!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales ops, growth operations, or marketing operations background.

  • Confidence in managing and automating the sales reporting of a large SaaS solution.

  • Experience with CRMs ideally Hubspot, building dashboards and reporting on key metrics

  • Experienec integrating other software tools into the stack to drive effienciency

  • A curious, scientific mind

  • Fluency in English
