THE ROLE

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior Performance Marketing Executive for our Affiliate Marketing channel. You will undertake the recruitment and activation of new affiliates and help with marketing tasks to implement strategic channel plans. You will report directly to the Performance Marketing Manager and support business and channel goals, representing our global brand and values.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You will take ownership of affiliate management for Dutch speaking regions, building relationships and developing compelling campaigns
• You will support recruitment and activation of new partners for the channel to increase growth
• You will update reports and analyse marketing activities to understand performance and share these insights with senior colleagues
• You will support the FARFETCH promotional calendar with appropriate marketing activities
• You will monitor affiliate tracking, feeds and fraudulent activity to ensure the channel is running smoothly
• You will identify opportunities to improve processes and highlight these to senior colleagues
• You will undertake training and on-the-job learning to develop technical skills and an understanding of FARFETCH

WHO YOU ARE

• You have experience in Affiliate Marketing or Digital Marketing
• You have experience analysing and drawing insights from datasets
• You have basic knowledge of Excel and are comfortable in producing reports, using formulas and building pivot tables
• You have work experience in marketing administration and reporting platforms
• You are precise, collaborative, and produce work to a high-quality standard
• You will live the FARFETCH values every day
• Fluency in English and Dutch
