THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced commercial program manager to join Farfetch Platform Solutions to lead on a variety of large and impactful projects including new client onboarding and a range of initiatives for our enterprise clients. You will report to the Head of Commercial Project Management and will lead a team that will support all aspects of project execution. We are looking for someone who likes to be challenged, thinks critically and creatively, and would excel in a high-performance, service-driven team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead on project management from initiation to closure including project planning, scope definition, goals, deliverables, costs and timing
- Be a trusted strategic advisor for clients, providing guidance with regard to their overall digital programme and specifically their operational setup with the Farfetch Platform
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties (where required) for successful execution of projects
- Challenge established processes and ways of working looking to improve efficiency and collaboration both internally and with clients
- Provide regular project reports to senior management both internally and on the client side with the intent to raise and resolve risks to the project
WHO YOU ARE
- Project / Programme Management background in fashion, technology or similar creative industry
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions and explain complex solutions
- Experience managing large cross-functional project teams
- Worked in client-facing or service led roles and managed senior stakeholders (C-level)
- Previous team leadership experience
