Job Description
Life at Elvie - Meaningful work. Exceptional people
We're Elvie. We create smart products, new solutions, and a fair few taboo-busting conversations while we’re at it. Founded by Tania Boler in 2013, we develop extraordinary innovations designed to improve women’s lives. It's a fascinating and challenging area that requires us to solve problems that no one else has ever tackled before.
At Elvie, you’ll be surrounded by people who want to improve everything and everyone around them. People who are passionate about our mission. People who are driven to solve problems and constantly consider the best ways to improve the health and wellbeing of women.

We're deeply proud of our values, which are intrinsic to the way we behave every day. We take them seriously because we want our culture to thrive:
- We make an impact: We’re mission-driven and not afraid to break boundaries. We relentlessly focus on going the extra mile to solve problems.
- We’re fearless innovators: We are passionate, curious, and data-driven. We continuously embrace change and innovation.
- We’re in it together: we fail and learn fast — always as one team — and have fun along the way. We stay authentic and embrace our differences.
About the role:
Okay, we’ve waffled long enough. So let’s get to the good bit: You.
At Elvie, we are building a centralised business intelligence team under our broader Finance department. This team will provide insight through standardised reporting and analysis, drive one source of truth thinking, and improve the efficiency of getting information. You will have the exciting opportunity to be the first engineer on this team, allowing you the creativity and power to make an impact and shape our structures. We need a passionate and dynamic analyst who thrives in a fast paced and continually evolving environment.
You should be able to understand the needs and KPIs of cross-functional teams, such as Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Customer Care. You have experience integrating multiple data sources and mapping connectors to allow for systems communication. You can interpret large data sets and provide analysis and reflections to drive success. You are organised and willing to take on multiple roles when necessary. We need someone who has experience setting up data structures, complex integrations, and implementing data quality management. You know how to quickly problem-solve and can adapt to conflicting priorities. You are excited by the prospect of coding and developing a new business intelligence structure within a rapidly growing business.
Location: Hybrid working; a mix of working from our London office & working remotely
Employment type: Permanent (please note, you must have the right to work in the UK)
What you’ll be doing
You will work under our Business Intelligence Lead within the Finance team at Elvie. This role is an exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up: a centralised business intelligence function responsible for data visualisations and insights, KPI tracking, data quality management, and efficiency and capacity building. This role is pivotal to our growth plans, as you will be responsible for scoping our data integration and working to create 1 source of truth at the company. You will provide data driven direction that allows us to scale, including directing where changes in data capture are needed in order to pull sustainable insights. You will need to be adaptable and find innovative ways to meet the demands of wider stakeholders.
