At TrueLayer, we want the financial system to work for everyone โ€” so we've made it our mission to open up access and put fintech at people's fingertips.

Weโ€™re looking for Agile Delivery Coaches who thrive on enabling others to succeed. Working with multi-disciplinary teams, youโ€™ll focus on the process of product delivery, helping us become more effective through the application of agile practices and facilitating better communication and collaboration both within and between teams.

Our challenges:

  • We want to scale in a healthy way, identify the traits of high performing teams and establish repeatable patterns for product delivery
  • We want to empower our teams to operate autonomously and give them the support they need to execute effectively
  • We recognise that the process of agile delivery is a discipline in itself and cannot assume that all of our team leads (product and engineering) have had first-hand experience of implementing and/or working in an effective agile environment
  • We want to ensure all teams are getting the most out of our agile delivery tools, specifically JIRA
  • We are still working in a largely remote fashion and need to remain effective regardless of the location of our teams
  • We want TrueLayer to be an exceptional place to work. We want our processes and interactions to stay honest, genuine and human as the company grows.

What we expect from you, as an Agile Coach:

  • Get the best from everyone to achieve our strategic goals
  • Create a frictionless working culture, driving a collaborative work culture
  • Evangelise agile ways of working and best practices with department leads
  • Develop autonomous teams.
  • Lead with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Work side by side with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to effectively plan the delivery of work within your teams against strategic roadmaps
  • Share your knowledge to encourage continued learning and application of best practice
  • Communicate progress of delivery and manage expectations with all key stakeholders

What you can expect from us:

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity in the company ๐Ÿ’ฐ
  • Flexible hours and hybrid working โ€” work from home๐Ÿก and our incredible offices in London ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Milan ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น Sydney ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ and Dublin ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช
  • A remote-working budget to help set up your home office ๐Ÿ’บ
  • Flexible holiday policy, with 24 days as standard โœˆ๏ธ
  • Generous parental leave, above and beyond statutory requirements and with no minimum tenure ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
  • Enhanced pension contribution at 4% & 4% ๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿฝ ๐Ÿ‘ด๐Ÿฝ
  • Private Health Insurance from the day you start ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝโ€โš•๏ธ
  • 12 fully-paid Wellbeing Days a year (on top of the holiday allowance) ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ
  • Membership of mental wellbeing platform Spill ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ
  • ยฃ1,000 to spend on learning & development each year ๐Ÿ“š
  • ยฃ500 per quarter (outside of required business travel) to visit our hub cities around the world ๐ŸŒŽ

Requirements

Requirements

Weโ€™d be particularly excited if you have:

  • Knowledge of the roadmapping tools
