Job Description

We’re looking for Agile Delivery Coaches who thrive on enabling others to succeed. Working with multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll focus on the process of product delivery, helping us become more effective through the application of agile practices and facilitating better communication and collaboration both within and between teams.
Our challenges:
- We want to scale in a healthy way, identify the traits of high performing teams and establish repeatable patterns for product delivery
- We want to empower our teams to operate autonomously and give them the support they need to execute effectively
- We recognise that the process of agile delivery is a discipline in itself and cannot assume that all of our team leads (product and engineering) have had first-hand experience of implementing and/or working in an effective agile environment
- We want to ensure all teams are getting the most out of our agile delivery tools, specifically JIRA
- We are still working in a largely remote fashion and need to remain effective regardless of the location of our teams

What we expect from you, as an Agile Coach:

- Evangelise agile ways of working and best practices with department leads
- Develop autonomous teams.
- Lead with a continuous improvement mindset
- Work side by side with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to effectively plan the delivery of work within your teams against strategic roadmaps
- Share your knowledge to encourage continued learning and application of best practice
- Communicate progress of delivery and manage expectations with all key stakeholders

Compensation
£65,000 - £75,000 + equity
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience working in a product-centric environment that often requires multiple teams working together to achieve company objectives
- Thorough understanding of JIRA, from configuration to day-to-day planning and execution
- Comprehensive knowledge of agile practices and methodologies, and when to apply them
- Understand what success looks like and how to measure it
We’d be particularly excited if you have:
- Knowledge of the roadmapping tools
- Experience coordinating complex cross-team projects
