Employment type:  Full time

Job Description

Our website is the largest surface area of our brand — the public face of our products and the embodiment of our commercial strategy. We care deeply about making it best-in-class and pushing the boundaries of what a B2B website can offer.

Our website is also a platform that enables our commercial team. Your users will be the marketing team, who can “self-serve” content creation through our CMS. You will work closely with your team of developers and designers, and with stakeholders from commercial, product and compliance to empower your users while ensuring technical excellence, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance at every step.

We’re looking for an individual who is both commercially and technically savvy, with an eye for great brand and great UX, to join the web team as a product manager. You will own the strategic direction for the site as a platform, ensuring it is aligned with our marketing & commercial stategy. Together with your team, you will scope and orchestrate the work needed to drive growth in metrics like conversion, performance and search-engine ranking. This will include adapting strategies and systems for different regions, expanding brand awareness through SEO and developing engaging, digitally-assisted sales experiences.

If you love to build high-performance digital experiences, we want to hear from you.

Who we are:

At TrueLayer, we’re building a global open banking platform that’s changing how money moves and so much more. We make payments and refunds instant, account data accessible and verification seamless — all so innovators in every industry can build better financial experiences for their users.

To date, we’ve raised $270 million from world-renowned investors including Stripe, Tiger Global, Addition and Tencent. We’ve got offices in London, Milan, Dublin and Sydney. And we’re trusted by industry leaders like Revolut, Cazoo and Trading 212… though we’re not stopping here.

Our vision is a financial system that works for everyone. To make that happen, we’re creating original and innovative products that will remove the friction from finance for good. We’re seriously scaling our infrastructure, we’re entering new territories all the time, we’re cornering a whole new category — and we’d like your help to get us there.

What you will do:

  • Shape the team roadmap based on our commercial strategy and the evolving needs of the business, regulatory environment, new geographies, and product developments;
  • Manage and own analytics, reporting and website documentation;
  • Continually define and refine KPIs and goals so that we are always focused on solving the most important business problems;
  • Work with external stakeholders to capture requirements and define realistic timelines for deliverables, enable the team to meet them;
  • Define requirements for new features and pages, addressing needs of users (content creators, internal teams) and visitors;
  • Administer our CMS, review & approve changes from other teammates, occasionally directly edit/update text content;

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Have at least 2 years of PM experience, including successful launch, growth and optimisation of at least one product;
  • Have considerable experience with Google Analytics, and other tracking technologies;
  • Have experience optimising a digital product for conversion in a commercial setting;
  • Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple internal teams;
  • Is able to collaborate effectively with our designers and engineers at a technical and especially on an emotional level;
  • Are data driven - able to quantify the value you add to customers;
  • Can communicate for understanding, presenting complex concepts clearly for diverse audiences.

Nice to haves:

  • Previous experience in, or working closely with engineering, especially frontend;
  • Previous experience in, or working closely with, design, especially UI/UX;
  • Experience building products with design systems;
  • Experience in fast growing startups.
