The Role - Delivery Manager

At Unmind we have ambitious plans to change the perception of mental health. In order to support our teams across the business to deliver the best products and services they can, we are looking for Delivery Managers who want to share in our mission to improve the mental wellbeing of ten million people in organisations around the world.

Our Delivery Managers work predominantly with the Product and Engineering teams but also collaborate cross functionally with departments across the whole business.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Create alignment and successful outcomes across our Product Teams.
  • Own end to end delivery management - getting projects, products and initiatives from inception to delivered smoothly and efficiently.
  • Facilitate the alignment of multiple teams delivering complex pieces of work, often across conflicting backlogs.
  • Risk and issue management - proactively unblocking future impediments and dependencies.
  • In-life reporting and forecasting on timings, cost, and scope.
  • Safeguarding and improving the delivery process from conception to outcome.
  • Active coaching within teams to support delivery and process improvements.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management.

Skills and Experience

We firmly believe that no one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. However, some experience in the following is important for the role.

We're looking for people who are:

  • Passionate about working in a dynamic environment with rapid growth.
  • Strong experience in end to end delivery of technology products using Agile Methodologies and frameworks.
  • Comfortable working at both a highly detailed and strategic level with great interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management, a person who people go to, to help solve problems.
  • Find new concepts easy to understand, and show the resourcefulness to keep asking until clarity is achieved.
  • Know your strengths, yet recognise there’s always more to learn from others.
  • Passionate about mental health, tech-for-good, and generally improving people’s lives.
  • Hungry to make Unmind the global category leader of workplace mental health.
