Form3 are looking for a Solution Marketing - Payment Lead to join their team.

THE ROLE

The Solution Marketing Lead is responsible for working closely with the Product Organisation and producing source content which brings to life the payments related propositions focused on customers’ needs and providing a point of view on the industry’s future direction. This position will also work closely with the rest of the marketing team to oversee the engagement with industry analysts and other influencers in relation to their propositions.

The candidate will direct the process of creating exciting and unique messaging for all our payment solutions globally. They will ensure that the sales team are equipped with the necessary tools to close deals within the solution area.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop effective targeting, messaging and positioning, and communicate that messaging and positioning to all internal and external audiences
  • Collaborate with the regional field marketing team members to develop solution-specific marketing programs in the relevant territories globally
  • Develop and execute market focused go-to-market (GTM) programs with the teams across payment solutions that grow revenue and market share
  • Create thought leadership content addressing key industry themes. Support field readiness through the development and delivery of sales tools, eg. sales guides, presentations and competitive responses for our customers and prospects
  • Be an evangelist for payment solutions both internally and externally
  • Ensure the most effective processes are used for content management and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with product management and sales to bring competitive solutions to market
  • Support events with thought-provoking and targeted content
  • Manage the Tier 1 awards nomination programme for customers benefitting from Form3 solutions
  • Develop a high level level of engagement with the community of industry analysts and other influencers related to payment solutions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A minimum of ten years’ experience in the financial services, payments and/or software market within product marketing /marketing communications
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills
  • Proven success in creating and executing on marketing plans that deliver results
  • Sufficient financial and technical experience to understand customers’ business problems
