Job Description
- Keeping people focused on prioritised tasks
- Flagging to the CEO when something has to give
- Making sure no shortcuts are being taken in areas such as design and testing
- Recommending new systems and approaches
- Assisting with the development of new products, and trade partnerships
Who we think you might be
- You've working in at least one start-up tech company
- Experience of managing coders
- Smart and intellectually curious
- You like visuals and flowcharts
- You have people management skills, maybe coaching too
- Good with customers when the need arises
- Live in the UK or a nearby timezone (+/- 2 hours)
- English is either your first language or else you are fluent in it
- Your next car will be an EV (or a bike)
Job details
- £ 42,000+ pa Full Time Equivalent according to experience/skills
- Vacancy Type: Permanent part-time, 20 - 25 hours per week
- Schedule: 4 or 5 days a week
- Job Location: available as a remote position, with occasional visits to our Nottingham office to team-build
