We’re looking for an established recruiter to help us achieve this ambitious hiring plan managing live roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations. Working in collaboration with the wider team you’ll build out high quality pipelines for live roles, pipeline for the future, test and learn tools and techniques, and help to impact our employer brand and D,E&I goals.
The role comes with autonomy, investment and lots of opportunities to grow as we scale across the globe. We’re looking for someone tenacious, highly credible with a terrific sense of humour to boot!
What you'll do:
- Find exceptional commercial talent for our live vacancies
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Create healthy candidate pipelines for future proofing
- Act as a consultant to the hiring teams on all things process and improve interview capability
- Support strategic TA projects
- Create and exceptional experience for candidates
- Mentor and support more junior members of the team
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
- An established commercial recruiter fully versed in full-cycle recruitment (creative sourcing strategies, interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation etc)
- Proven experience managing Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and or Operations roles in either an in-house or agency role
- A brilliant relationship builder - open and honest you are comfortable giving and receiving feedback and love to collaborate
- You’re not afraid to take on challenges and have a solution mindset
- You love working in teams and collaborating
