LONDON

Our London office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideas, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a People Change Partner to join & support our fast-growing Global People Development & Change Team to lead organisational-level change associated with our People team strategy, tools and processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be the Change Management expert, coaching and advising project teams/key stakeholders on best practice change management
  • Apply our Farfetch Change Management framework and tools to support adoption of the changes required by projects and integrations
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify partners to support change plans
  • Identify and analyze risk mitigation tactics to manage anticipated resistance
  • Take the lead on the design, development and delivery of communications plans, assets and training to support successful adoption of the new ways of working (partnering with other teams as required)
  • Track projects, establish success metrics and monitor and update important project stakeholder groups on change activity
  • Help identify and improve processes to support project delivery
  • Build relationships with the boarder Global people team and wider business stakeholders, updating and consulting on project work
  • Use creativity and insight to identify change programs that maximise engagement and influence to truly embed the change (e.g. comms, training, tools, etc).

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced in the use of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experienced in designing and advocating change management programs on a global and local level
  • Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle and how change management aligns and compliments project delivery
  • Good at problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Excellent in interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence stakeholders across all levels up to executive levels in the organisation;
  • Can be a coach and work collaboratively with people across the business
