The 11:FS Marketing team is home to leading industry podcasts; Fintech Insider, Blockchain Insider and Insurtech Insider. In just three years, we’ve built a thriving global community around our brand with a network of podcasts, thousands of videos and blogs, and dozens of owned events.

We are looking for a CRM & Data Lead that will be the go-to on all things Hubspot at 11:FS. You’ll support forecasting and own reporting, sales workflows, system training, and you’ll look after the quality of the data. You’ll be working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, supporting them on using the system, and ensuring our people, processes, and tools are set up to maximise growth. You will also be accountable and responsible for data  reporting and delivering insights based on Hubspot Analytics as well as a few other data sources. You will be keeping our teams informed about campaigns and channel performance to allow them to make data-led decisions.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining the quality of our Hubspot database, keep it clean and organised

  • Working with our sales and marketing teams to optimise the ways we use Hubspot to generate insights that drive decision-making

  • Training new users on the use of HubSpot - Sales Hub and Marketing Hub - maintain training materials and documentation where necessary

  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements and acting as data steward 

  • Overseeing the entire Lead to Deal process in Hubspot and suggesting improvements that increase productivity and conversion

  • Helping keep Marketing and Sales activities connected

  • Setting up automation and workflows as required

  • Setting up dashboards and monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaigns, channels, and KPIs as required by the business using HubSpot analytics and other data sources 

  • Producing best in class reports on an agreed upon cadence to ensure the rest of the business are informed on marketing activity 

  • Analysing the data after it has been collated to provide actionable insights 

  • Supporting the enrichment of contact data in hubspot through progressive profiling

  • Delivering audience profile and behaviour data to the media sales team to use in sponsorship pitches

  • Supporting the development of our attribution model and considering options for use of third party tools.

What would make you an excellent fit for us?

  • You are a results-oriented CRM specialist with experience working as a Hubspot Administrator

  • You have a working technical knowledge of Google Analytics (Hubspot analytics a bonus) and experience creating Google Data Studio reports

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills

  • Experience maintaining and optimising a CRM database and processes

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail

  • Experience managing multiple data sources and producing insights in a digestible and presentable format

  • You have good organisational and time-management skills and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time to a high quality

  • You’re comfortable working with and supporting multiple teams, you have a positive, can-do attitude and can hit the ground running.

  • Experience using Supermetrics or similar data extraction tools a plus

  • Wider knowledge of marketing metrics and data sources relating to paid and organic search, display, video and/or social also plus.
