Truly flexible working
To help our clients get things done, we need to get things done, so we’re building a flexible workplace fit for the 21st Century. That’s “workplace” in the loosest sense. We're a dog friendly company, and we offer people the freedom to choose how and where to work (up to three days a week at home and core hours of 11-3), together with the tools they need to do it. Our team does the rest.
We also have incredible benefits, such as the ability work from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year, your birthday day off (or your child’s/partner’s), enhanced parental leave and various surprise and delights and socials throughout the year. I actually used to work at 11:FS so I can certainly vouch for their flexibility! 11:FS is a company on a mission to change financial services, and they do so from many angles; Research from Pulse, Jobs to Be Done within consultancy, as well as actually building the architecture of challenger Fintechs. They have the most dog-friendly office I've ever worked in and the culture cares about output, not time spent in the office.
