Commercial expert en services (SAE) pour SAP Services – L’unité de marché du Canada permet aux clients de concrétiser leur vision de l’entreprise intelligente et de gérer un cycle de vente consultatif et basé sur la valeur. Atout majeur de la relation client au sein de notre organisation Services Sales (ventes de services), le SAE est chargé de faire de SAP Services un partenaire unique aidant les clients à accélérer leur retour sur investissement, tout en contrôlant les coûts opérationnels et d’implémentation au fur et à mesure de leur transformation numérique et de leur adoption de technologies nouvelle génération.

· Mener des recherches détaillées et des analyses exhaustives sur le secteur d’activité, les impératifs opérationnels et les défis des clients du SAE afin de favoriser la génération de la demande.

· Développer des plans pour le territoire et le compte, en exploitant les atouts disponibles (par exemple, lignes de service, événements marketing, ressources de livraison) donnant lieu à la croissance du pipeline et à des opportunités commerciales.

· Nouer des relations internes solides avec les partenaires, les équipes de vente de licences/Cloud, de prestation de services et de gestion de produit.

· Se poser en expert de la réalisation des ventes, en ayant une fine connaissance du processus de prise de décision du client, en développant des relations avec les principaux décideurs et en faisant progresser une affaire tout au long du cycle de vente.

· Créer, développer et convertir le pipeline géré dans le CRM. Préparer et gérer des prévisions et des rapports de ventes précis.

· Être disposé à former et soutenir les nouvelles recrues.

Expérience et exigences du poste

· Au moins 8 à 10 ans d’expérience dans la vente ou des activités de développement des affaires, notamment la génération et la gestion d’opportunités et d’offres, la conclusion de transactions et la gestion des relations.

· Expérience préalable souhaitée dans l’implémentation ou dans les progiciels de gestion, ainsi que les produits SAP.

· Expérience préalable souhaitée dans la vente au sein du marché canadien. Réussites avérées.

· Personne dégageant une image professionnelle, capable de préparer et réaliser des présentations pour les clients, à chaque étape de la relation.

· Bonne compréhension des conditions de négociation clés et connaissances globales des structures contractuelles pour les missions de conseil complexes.

· Capacité à s’adapter et à travailler de manière efficace et autonome dans un environnement en constante et rapide évolution.

· Excellent sens des affaires et capacité à expliquer aux clients comment nos services pourront générer une valeur significative et un retour sur investissement.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 303400 - 515800(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
