You will work closely with People Development, Operational Learning Teams, partners, SMEs and operational leaders to design, enhance and quality‑assure training programmes, ensuring consistency, relevance and effectiveness across all Alliances. You will use data and forecasting insight to identify current and future capability gaps, inform workforce planning and deliver targeted upskilling programmes to address priority risks. Additionally, you will build visibility of all resources across the alliance and make recommendations on optimal resource levels.

You will manage key external relationships with accreditation and awarding bodies, ensuring compliance with standards, monitoring sector developments and embedding emerging requirements into training pathways and planning. As a people leader, you will develop and motivate a high‑performing Training Coordination Team, driving service excellence, continuous improvement and digitalisation.

You will champion Anglian Water’s Safer Every Day culture, ensuring high standards of health and safety compliance across all training and coordination activity.
