Giveaway terms & conditions

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Entry Requirements: To enter the giveaway, participants must sign up to Flexa and have a fully completed profile. This includes either completing the Flexa quiz when you sign up or completing your profile if you already have an existing account. Only profiles marked as fully complete will be eligible for entry. You must use genuine details to enter, including your real name and email address so that we can issue the prize to the winner. If you already have a complete Flexa profile you will be automatically entered into the giveaway draw.

Entry Period: The giveaway opens on 7th July 2025 and closes at 23:59 BST on 7th August 2025. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize: The prize consists of a digital-free stay in one of Unplugged’s cabins. Travel to and from the cabin is not included and is the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Here are some further T&C's regarding the prize:

• 3 night stay at Unplugged worth £420
• Stay must be redeemed by 31st December 2025
• Valid on all stays (excluding add-ons)

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be contacted directly by Flexa via the email address provided at sign-up. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Flexa reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
