We’re a high-growth, venture-backed start-up, launching our refillable deodorant on WeAreWild.com in 2020 - we’re also one of Europe’s fastest growing start-ups. Sounds fun, right?

We’re now looking for a Wild and wonderful NPD Manager to join our Operations team. This role will require someone to be a driving force around bringing new, exciting, and wonderfully Wild products to our range. Working all the way from creative ideation to product launches and more, having a forward thinking approach and fearless attitude for trying new things this person will be able to achieve our ambitious growth plans for our refill revolution and beyond!

📓Some of your daily responsibilities:

  • Represent Wilds mission, vision, and values through our product range by developing sustainable, refillable bathroom products.
  • Oversee and support on the whole product development lifecycle, from formulation to launches.
  • Ensure products are compliant for formulation and regulatory.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Cross functional collaboration throughout the business including Retail, Creative, Marketing etc.
  • Discover the best materials and packaging innovation for Wild’s refillable product range.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, customer feedback, and our industry competitors to drive innovation and maintain our success in the field.

🚀 What we need from you:

  • 3-5 years in a product development role.
  • Experience in cosmetic formulation within the skincare, beauty, or personal care industry or similar, potentially with a related degree
  • A keen awareness of compliance in relation to packaging, formulation, and ingredients
  • A proven track record working with third party manufacturers, an "address book" we can leverage
  • A fearless negotiator with a commercial mindset
  • A proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines effectively and seamlessly both individually and alongside others
  • Passion for sustainability
