Job Description

As a Sales Development Manager at Welcome to the Jungle, you will be in charge of developing Welcome to the Jungle products ecosystem with companies of Czech and Slovak markets : company’s showcase including content production, job offer publication and access to our SaaS product Welcome Kit

Reporting directly to the Head of Business, you will mainly be responsible for

  • Owning every step of the sales opportunity life cycle : determine the client’s needs, demonstrate WTTJ’s benefits, and guide the client through the purchasing steps to close the deal,

  • Conducting live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face with inbound and outbound prospects,

  • Closing deals to hit both individual and team targets,

  • Leading and contributing to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.

Onboarding

First, you will experience our corporate onboarding process which consists of discovering all of our teams and projects. Then, you will enjoy a specific onboarding dedicated to the Business team and your role (demos, phone pitch, documentations…). The idea is to give you all the necessary keys to reach your targets!

Preferred experience

There is no typical profile at Welcome to the Jungle, we all come from different backgrounds and that is our strength!

We invite you to apply if you are motivated and interested in employment environment and if :

  • You have minimum 2-3 years of experience as a sales / business developer / account executive in digital and B2B industry

  • You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization,

  • You have experience working either growth, mid market or enterprise companies. You have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a multi-party sale in a consultative manner

  • You have interest in media, communication and work industry in general

  • You have superior verbal and written communication skills in czech and english

  • You are optimistic, organized and you enjoy working with a team

  • You can adapt to fast-paced environment

  • You are fluent both in Czech and in English
