Mentions of

I'm enjoying so much working @Welcome to the Jungle.

When you join the company, trust is given. Your job is to keep it, not to earn it. This gives you so much freedom in time management and work organisation, it's a very precious work-life balance (amplified by the 4Days week).

I love working here since the company allows me to work remotely and to choose between a set-up at home or a spot in a nice coworking. I choose coworking and it is really great. I also love that my company allows me to come back to our headquarters one time a month, to share team moments and be able to be there when there are special events. Finally, trust and flexibility are really a main part of the company's work culture: for example in my team, some people are more morning workers, evening workers, or just asynchronous workers. As long as the work is done, we can organize our planning as we want.

I have already worked for 5 companies before joining Welcome to the Jungle and it's the best company culture and work atmosphere I have experienced (transparent, humble, caring about employees well-being but still fast-paced with many talented people - the best balance between learning and feeling happy at work so far for me).

About us

At Welcome to the Jungle, we make work actually exciting.

We do so by building innovative employer brand solutions that make companies attractive to workers, and by creating inspiring experiences and content that empower workers and companies to build new rules for a more sustainable work.

Flexible working at Welcome to the Jungle

At Welcome to the Jungle we offer our teams a flexible working environment. We're convinced that this is the best way for them to find their work-life balance.

Our core initiatives include

- The 4-day week. Since 2019, our teams have been working four days a week paid five. Today, 99% of our employees are satisfied and recommend it.

- Choose your workplace, our telecommuting policy. 38% of our employees telework full-time and the rest work in flex remote. The office is one option, but not necessarily the default. You don't come to the office because you have to, but because it makes sense for you, your team or your manager. Whether you're a full or flex remote, you can work anywhere in Europe for up to 14 days a year.

- Make parenthood matter, our parenting policy. To support parents and prospective parents we have built an ambitious program based on inclusion, support and flexibility. We believe that parenthood should NEVER be an obstacle to a career.

In addition to our beliefs, there's also the time we spend together!

Team rituals come in all shapes and sizes. Every quarter we get together for a Jungle Party and twice a year for a Jungle Show!

Approach to diversity & inclusion

Diversity and inclusion are key issues for us, and we're currently working on them. We still have a long way to go.

We're delighted to see people taking the lead on this issue at Welcome. Jungle Pride, our first ERG, for example, was recently created. It's a group of volunteer employees who aim to foster a safe, diverse and inclusive workplace for people who identify as LGBTQI+.

On the other hand, our recruitment process has been designed to eliminate cognitive bias as much as possible, and our recruiters are trained in this area.

We welcome and encourage applications from all backgrounds. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions, requests or requirements you may have.

What do we think of Welcome to the Jungle?

Welcome to the Jungle has an output driven culture, so you have the flexibility to work in a way that suits you best. The 4 day week is a huge benefit - offering more time for work/life balance 🙌
