Job Description

As a PMM B2B Experience, you will report directly to our Team Lead Product Marketing and be responsible for our solutions’ productization strategy to ensure an optimal and exciting customer experience, while enabling scalability.
You will work closely with our two B2B Product Marketing Managers, and in tight relation with the Product team, the Marketing and the Business team.

Here’s a snapshot of your future responsibilities:

  • Positioning, Value proposition & Pricing: Create powerful product value propositions, based on B2B customer segmentation, competitive data and market trends

  • Roadmap planning: Collaborate with the Product, Delivery and Care teams to support product roadmap and help identify customer experience improvement opportunities with regards to onboarding, upsell and autonomy to use at best our solutions

  • Messaging: Define feature’s storytelling and expected user experience in collaboration with Design, Brand and Product teams

  • Sales enablement: Create internal content to support Sales and Account Manager team (Product presentation deck, demo script, etc)

  • Go-to-market strategy: Build plans that support product and feature adoption and retention, leveraging all relevant channels in collaboration with Growth Marketing team

  • Tracking & Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of your features and identify new opportunities to fill product gaps or create net new business opportunities that deliver value to our users

Preferred experience

At Welcome to the Jungle, we are all coming from various backgrounds, that’s our main strength! Our PMM B2B Experience would be someone with:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role in fast-paced, Saas or digital environments and strong interest in product development

  • Mastery in understanding customer needs and crafting impacting value propositions

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and appetite to work in cross-functional environments where your success depends on others’ success

  • Comfortable to speak up and defend opinions in debates, challenging others respectfully, in French and English
