Job Description

Within the Business team, specifically the Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and nurturing a portfolio of clients while serving as their primary point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction.

Your goal is to provide the best customer experience in order to reduce churn while maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Building trust-based relationships within your clients portfolio by:
    - Advising clients on the best utilization of our products.
    - Preparing and conducting meetings with clients.
    - Sharing data and successful use cases.
    - Evolving as a long-term partner on all employer branding matters through strong expertise.
    - Identifying needs and consistently proposing solutions that provide additional value to clients.
    - Anticipating and preventing potential dissatisfaction to reduce churn rate.

  • Identifying business opportunities within your portfolio (expansion strategy) and pursuing growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Showcasing Welcome to the Jungle products by sharing client feedbacks to contribute to product development and process improvement

Preferred experience

  • You have approximately 3-4 years of experience in account management

  • You enjoy understanding needs, persuading, and selling.

  • You are data-oriented and can assess a client’s situation based on the available data.

  • You are able to handle high volume of clients.

  • You speak and write both French and English fluently.
