Title: FP&A Manager - Fintech
Team: Finance
Reporting to: SVP Finance

Who we are:
When Volt launched in 2019, we recognised how open banking has the power to transform how businesses, wherever they happen to be, receive payments from their customers.
So, we set about building an open payments gateway that enables merchants across the globe to receive direct, account-to-account payments – in real time.
Now, on the back of a record-breaking $23.5 million Series A funding round, we’re building an all-star team to achieve our goal of ‘real-time payments everywhere’.
The role:
As our first FP&A hire at Volt, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a high paced startup environment in a FinTech sector that is red hot - account to account payments.
What you’ll do:
- Lead on company-wide budgeting, forecasting & planning
- Partner with SVP Finance and Head’s of function
- Work closely with the Data team to produce dashboards and reporting as required by the business
- Assist with designing compensation plans
- Produce investor and other internal reporting packs
- Manage company-wide KPI’s
Requirements
We want someone who:
- Qualified accountant or investment banking or management consultancy background
- Strong academics
- Has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all organizational levels and functions, both inside and outside of Volt.
- You have advanced Excel and Data analysis skills and strong analytical skills
- Eager to learn and proactively looking for opportunities to expand your knowledge.
- You pay high attention to detail, and care about completing your work to a high standard.
- You’re a great communicator, who feels comfortable speaking with key stakeholders at various levels, including external advisors / accountants.
- Completely fluent in English (another language, in particular Polish, would be a plus)
- Contributes to an inclusive and fun team environment.
