However, we're not perfect and no one is. We have lots of diversity in our team across gender, neurodiversity, cultures, languages, nationalities. However, we are very keen to expand that list and we really do welcome applicants from any background.

In fact, every two months, we close down the whole business for a 'digital detox' where our people are not required to be in contact with Volt either online or off. We order everyone to take the day off!

Across all of our regional operations, we are committed to offering hybrid working. In London for example, our HQ, we have office space in the centre of Marylebone and you can see most of us here on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For the rest of the week we manage our own time at home and are trusted to deliver on projects. We have a great time when we're all together as well. 💃🏽

Another example is our Polish operation where we have teams in both Krakow and Warsaw. Teams work flexibly from home all week however on Thursdays there is a meet up in both cities where we spend the time to workshop and create with one another. 

We are 100% committed to our mission and our people are crucial to us achieving it - that's why offering flexibility for us was a no-brainer! 🧠

So, we set about building an open payments gateway that enables merchants across the globe to receive direct, account-to-account payments - in real time.
