About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace leader to define, lead and execute Vodafone’s global Digital Workplace strategy, operations, transformation and commercialisation agenda. This role is accountable for delivering secure, scalable, AI-enabled and customer-centric workplace services that enhance employee productivity, collaboration and digital experience while driving operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.

The role provides leadership across Digital Workplace domains including Messaging, Collaboration, Unified Endpoint Management, Infrastructure, Real-Time Communications, Service Operations, Project Management and Workplace Transformation. Operating across India and Egypt VOIS Shared Services Centres, the successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders and maintain a functional reporting relationship with the Global Head of Digital Workplace Solution based in the UK.

What you’ll do

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline from a recognised university.
• 20+ years of leadership experience across IT Operations, Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Collaboration Platforms or Infrastructure Services.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global technology operations and transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience driving AI, automation, workplace modernisation and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing global service delivery centres and outsourced partner ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, Messaging, Collaboration Services, Unified Endpoint Management, Real-Time Communications and Workplace Infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, automation platforms and digital adoption strategies.
• Expertise in ITIL Service Management, Service Operations and Service Governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-first architectures, Zero Trust principles, cybersecurity controls and workplace security practices.
• Experience in programme delivery, portfolio management and organisational transformation.
• Strong financial acumen covering budgeting, forecasting, investment planning and cost optimisation.
• Professional certifications in ITIL, PMP, Agile, Cloud or Security disciplines are advantageous.
