What you’ll do

Lead and scale the AI capability for Digital Procurement, driving measurable business outcomes, accelerating customer value and embedding trusted AI innovation across procurement.

• Define and deliver the AI strategy and roadmap aligned to Vodafone’s innovation and customer obsessed ambitions.
• Own end-to-end AI portfolio outcomes, from prioritisation through deployment and measurable value realisation.
• Embed AI seamlessly within the procurement journey while ensuring scalability beyond individual platforms.
• Drive vendor performance and internal capability uplift to reduce dependency and increase technical sovereignty.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on experimentation, measurable impact and continuous improvement.

Who you are

• Strong experience leading AI or advanced analytics portfolios in enterprise environments.
• Commercially driven mindset with focus on ROI and customer outcomes.
• Ability to translate innovation into scalable operational solutions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder alignment across markets and functions.
• Expertise managing vendor and partner ecosystems effectively.
• Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
