About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and deliver Voice Core network services and solutions, including CS, IMS, and fixed voice. This role involves capturing business requirements, leading virtual technology teams during design and implementation, and ensuring solution assurance throughout delivery. You will also support operations post-transition and lead investigations to improve KPIs and resolve performance issues

What you’ll do

  • Lead technical assessment and design of Voice Core CS and IMS solutions aligned with product catalogue and architecture.
  • Capture and analyse customer and business requirements for technical feasibility.
  • Manage virtual technology teams and coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and operations.
  • Act as the primary technical representative for projects and competence areas.
  • Drive solution assurance and support operational teams post-deployment.

Who you are

  • Over 7 years of experience in Voice Core CS and/or IMS mobile networks and transport transmission.
  • Proven track record in telecom solution design, implementation, and rollout.
  • Strong ability to create high-level and low-level design documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Deep understanding of protocols, call flows, and products in Voice Core CS and IMS networks.
  • Familiarity with CSCF, MTAS, SBC, HSS, DRA, MSCs, MGs, VLR, HLRs & STPs.
  • Solid knowledge of IP and transmission technologies.
  • Strong project management skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
