As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our “Office in a Box” home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are.

What you’ll do
In this role, you will become the trusted expert for one of Vodafone Business UK's strategic growth product areas, helping customers unlock value while driving business growth. You will partner closely with sales, product, and customer-facing teams to shape solutions, win complex opportunities, and build capability across the wider organisation. You will play a key role in accelerating growth across strategic product portfolios, helping Vodafone Business UK achieve ambitious Annual Order Value (AOV) and margin targets while enabling sales teams to succeed.
- You will develop and execute sales plans that deliver and exceed Annual Order Value (AOV) and margin objectives.
- You will own complex and large-scale opportunities from qualification through to close, guiding customers through every stage of the sales journey.
- You will translate customer challenges into compelling solutions, building strong value propositions that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
- You will collaborate with account teams to identify growth opportunities across segments and strengthen product penetration.
- You will build influential relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, and wider business functions to deliver shared objectives.
- You will provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting, ensuring timely visibility of business opportunities and results.
- You will coach and upskill account managers and sales teams, helping them confidently identify, position, and sell specialist products.
- You will work closely with Product and Proposition teams, sharing market insights and customer feedback to shape future product development.
- You will stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to maintain your position as a trusted product expert.
- You will contribute to key success measures including Margin Annual Order Value (MAOV), product growth across strategic segments, and account manager capability development.
Who you are
- Experience of successfully selling complex solutions within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and inspire a wide range of stakeholders.
- Expertise in one or more specialist product areas such as Unified Communications, Contact Centre, Teams Phone Mobile, Direct Routing, or Operator Connect.
- The ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate their value clearly to customers and colleagues.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting others to learn, develop, and succeed.
- Experience creating ROI models, business cases, or business process maps to demonstrate customer value.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and turning them into commercial success.
- Strong commercial awareness combined with technical credibility and customer focus.
- A growth mindset with a continuous desire to learn, innovate, and stay current with market trends.
- The confidence to lead large, strategic opportunities while working effectively within cross-functional teams.
