What you’ll do

This year, our Vodafone Long Term Internship Program is all about flexibility – and all about you! Join us for 6, 12, or 18 months – the choice is completely yours. And it’s not just about how long you stay, but also the journey you take.

With Vodafone Long Term Internship Program, you can have the opportunity to work in departments such as Marketing, Sales, Product, Data & AI, IT, Network, Finance, HR, Legal, External Affairs. At Vodafone, you get to shape your own experience – come join us! The choice is yours – pick your dream team!

Candidates will have the flexibility to select one of the following options:

  • 6, 12, 18 months: Choose your journey- explore diverse projects, gain real business experience and shape the future with us!

Who you are

  • Able to work minimum 3 full days a week in a hybrid model, including 1 day at your offices
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • 2nd, 3rd or 4th grade Bachelor’s student or a Master’s Student

Selection Steps

  • General Competency Test (Analytical & Numerical Reasoning, Vodafone Spirit Alignment & English Proficiency)
  • Online Video Interview (Assessing Agile Competencies)
  • Case Study (in English) & Face to Face Interview

Internship Programs’ start and end date:

  • 6 months: February 2026 – July 2026
  • 12 months: February 2026 – February 2027
  • 18 months: February 2026 – July 2027

Most of the roles in our internship program will take place at our Maslak Office location (Istanbul). However, we will also be recruiting for Network positions in our regional offices which are located in; Antalya, Diyarbakır, Ankara, İzmir, İstanbul.
