About this Role

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Associate to manage the end-to-end delivery of low to medium complexity ICT projects within the UK IT portfolio. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of CAPEX-funded initiatives. The individual will be responsible for shaping, mobilising, and delivering projects that drive business transformation, working collaboratively across UK IT and ensuring compliance with Vodafone’s delivery governance.

What you will do

Lead and support cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and trust.
Define and communicate the high-level vision and desired future state of projects.
Develop detailed project plans, identifying resources, interdependencies, and critical paths.
Create cost estimates and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure integration of all workstreams within the overall programme plan.
Monitor project performance, embedding measurable outcomes and success factors.
Manage stakeholder communications and engagement plans.
Forecast and manage resource supply and demand across technology, financial, and human resources.
Coach and mentor team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and ensure needs are understood and addressed.

Who you are

An Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT project delivery.
Strong understanding of software development and application lifecycle.
Experience in technical change and transformation initiatives.
Skilled in managing cross-cultural teams and working in matrix environments.
Certified in Prince2 Practitioner or PMP.
Background in telecommunications or network environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Financially literate with understanding of capitalisation and profit and loss.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
Able to quickly assimilate technical knowledge beyond own expertise.
