About this Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO and account governance professional to lead the governance, planning and performance management framework for strategic customer accounts within VOIS Go-to-Market. This role enables senior customer account stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, decisions and delivery outcomes across complex cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will drive governance excellence, executive reporting, account planning support, commercial visibility, forecasting inputs and stakeholder alignment while operating in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

What you’ll do

Lead the operating rhythm for strategic customer account teams, including governance forums, executive reviews, monthly and quarterly business review packs, agendas, decision logs, action tracking and escalation managementDrive account planning and performance management by consolidating commercial, delivery, finance and operational inputs into clear priorities, risks, dependencies and leadership recommendations.Maintain a consolidated view of commercial activity, including pipeline, approved change requests and finance opportunities, ensuring visibility across multiple data sources to support billing and revenue forecasting.Coordinate customer-facing materials across service areas, maintaining a repository of presentations, customer success stories, testimonials and case study contentPartner closely with Customer Account Leads to identify gaps, blockers and decision points while maintaining momentum across complex workstreamsInfluence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actions, manage dependencies and maintain accountability without direct line management responsibility.Continuously improve governance, reporting, lessons learned processes, win/loss analysis, automation opportunities and ways of working to deliver measurable business value.

Who you are

You have significant experience in PMO, business management, account governance or programme coordination within complex commercial, customer-facing or matrix organisations

You bring strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and align diverse teams around shared objectives.

You have experience managing multiple strategic initiatives, competing priorities and senior-level reporting requirements from initiation to completionYou demonstrate strong commercial awareness and analytical judgement, transforming operational and commercial data into actionable insights and recommendationsYou have excellent governance, organisational and reporting capabilities, including the creation of executive-ready presentations and business review materials.You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint and are comfortable exploring automation, AI-enabled productivity and digital collaboration tools.You hold a project, programme or portfolio management qualification, or equivalent practical experience in governance and delivery management
