About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, architect and deliver complex SAP-centric solutions that align with business priorities and long-term strategic goals. Based in Pune, this role plays a critical part in shaping end-to-end solution architecture across core SAP processes, logistics, integrations and cloud platforms, while providing technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams.

What you’ll do

Design and implement complex, end-to-end solutions aligned with business requirements and organisational strategy.Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers and development teams to gather, analyse and translate requirements into robust architectures.Develop architectural blueprints, solution designs and detailed technical documentation to guide implementation.Evaluate, recommend and govern the use of appropriate technologies, tools and frameworks.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing and maintainable.Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentorship to development and configuration teams.Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and implementation phases.Continuously stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution effectiveness.

Who you are

An experienced SAP professional with 9–12+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing SAP solutions.Strong in SAP MM and SD configuration, supporting core Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.Knowledgeable in MM–FI/CO and SD–FI/CO integrations.Experienced in logistics solutions, including EWM and third-party logistics (3PL) integrations.Well-versed in enterprise architecture concepts, architecture development methodologies and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).Strong in SAP integration services such as APIs, PI or similar technologies.Experienced in performance tuning and optimisation of SAP systems.Familiar with SCM process design, blueprinting and process flow development.Comfortable communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both functional and technical stakeholders.Experienced with cloud-based platforms such as Ariba, SAP Cloud Platform or similar solutions.Graduate or postgraduate in a technical or business discipline (Engineering, MBA or equivalent).
