  • Participate in requirement reviews, impact assessments, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing processes, documentation requirements, and audit expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality assurance effectiveness and delivery excellence.

Who you are

  • ISTQB Foundation Certification (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
  • Experience in manual testing with exposure to test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Familiarity with web, mobile, digital, and enterprise applications.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, XRAY, SDM, Azure DevOps, or similar test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of telecom business domains, including Salesforce, Design Automation, and Digital Ordering solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple testing activities and priorities.
