Role Purpose

The Software Solutions HUB is facing off into the Vodafone Business Markets. A series of projects will bring new solutions to market and require Vodafone Egypt to deliver pre-defined dependencies as part of the enablement.

The project manager will manage and deliver Software Solutions Hub projects end‑to‑end, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery through effective planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and adherence to Vodafone project methodologies. The role enables new digital and software solutions for Vodafone Business Markets by coordinating cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Role Profile

Project Management

  • Project Delivery Leadership
    Lead full lifecycle project delivery—planning, scheduling, RAID management, resource coordination, and quality assurance—ensuring adherence to Vodafone project methodologies.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management
    Manage internal teams and third‑party suppliers across multiple markets, ensuring effective communication, alignment, decision‑making, and timely resolution of escalations.

Financial & Risk Governance
Control project economics, including budgets, costs, forecasts, and risk

Project Management

  • Project Delivery Leadership
    Lead full lifecycle project delivery—planning, scheduling, RAID management, resource coordination, and quality assurance—ensuring adherence to Vodafone project methodologies.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management
    Manage internal teams and third‑party suppliers across multiple markets, ensuring effective communication, alignment, decision‑making, and timely resolution of escalations.

Financial & Risk Governance

Core Competencies and Qualification

  • Strong project management capability in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments.
  • Proven experience delivering software or technology solutions, ideally within telecom or large enterprise environments, and delivering benefits to timescales
  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex, global, multi‑market matrix structures.
  • Strong planning, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure with high resilience
  • Proven experience coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and offshore resources.
  • Fast learner with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Structured Project management: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe certification.
  • APM/PMI qualifications
  • +6 years of relevant experience and 2 years in an influential role with people experience
  • BSc of engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong leadership skills
