About this Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our international team at VOIS Romania Technologies. In this role, the individual will contribute to the development of strategic ServiceNow-based applications used across Vodafone Group and local markets. The focus is on automating the end-to-end lifecycle of SD‑WAN products, covering provisioning, inventory, alarm management, and API standardisation within the ServiceNow TSOM and SOMT solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, business‑critical platforms in a collaborative, distributed environment.

What you’ll do

• Deliver end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations in line with organisational standards
• Design, implement, and manage complex third‑party integrations using web services and ServiceNow plugins
• Document system enhancements and configuration changes in a clear and structured manner
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across geographically distributed teams
• Contribute to impact analysis across interconnected systems and platforms
• Coordinate development and delivery activities throughout the product lifecycle
• Provide accurate estimates of time and effort for new features and enhancements
• Mentor and support less experienced colleagues, contributing to team capability and knowledge sharing

Who you are

• Proficient in ServiceNow development and customisation
• Strong understanding of APIs
• Experienced in implementing complex integrations using web services and plugins
• Skilled in client and server-side scripting (JavaScript)
• Skilled in data processing and manipulation
• Familiarity with SDWAN automation tools (e.g. VeloCloud, Meraki, Fortinet, Mist)
• Agile methodology experience (Scrum preferred; SAFe is a plus)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
