About this Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive consistent, ITIL-aligned service management practices across Cyber Prevent platforms. The role focuses on ensuring services are designed for operational readiness, effectively transitioned into live environments, and continuously improved through data-led insights to reduce cyber and operational risk.

What you’ll do

-Develop and maintain end-to-end service documentation aligned with ITIL processes, business requirements, and SLAs/KPIs/KRIs
-Ensure services are designed with operability and lifecycle management in mind
-Lead the transition of new services and enhancements into live operations
-Coordinate training, documentation, and handover to operational teams
-Facilitate service acceptance and ensure readiness for delivery
-Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives across domains
-Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities for optimisation
-Build strong collaboration across Cyber Prevent, Cyber Defence, Global Delivery, and local market teams
-Support decision-making and remove delivery blockers through structured problem-solving
-Promote operational efficiency and risk reduction through standardised service management practices

Who you are

-Experience in ITIL service management within complex, global technology environments
-Strong understanding of service lifecycle processes and operating models
-Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business communication
-Confidence in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
-Experience working in large organisations or global service providers with complex infrastructure
-Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
-Familiarity with service design, service transition, or cyber security (desirable)
-An approach aligned with continuous improvement and agile delivery practices
