What you’ll do
Leading the technology, tools and automation activities for non-production environments for CI/CD, DevOps, Release & Deployments, Monitoring, Auto Healing, virtualization etc...
Leading DevOps CoE and regarding committee enabling DevOps teams and initiatives providing support for related tools and provide trainings to teams
Your place in the team
• Managing the delivery of test related scripts as development projects from design to release.
• Strategy for tools, accelerators, methodologies & process improvements
• Support DevOps CoE and enable/establish DevOps & CI/CD teams
• TMM (Testing Maturity Model) roadmap & primary support for implementation.
• Implementation, administration and renewal new projects to CI/CD pipeline and evolve them to DevOPs.
• Work closely with test teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all test processes as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems.
Who you are
• 4+ years related testing experience in GSM, IT systems, preferably in DevOps
• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field
• Quick learner, eager to leverage new technologies in a team environment
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines.
• Problem solving, data analysis, design and testing skills
• To ensure the service delivery is meeting the business and operational standards
• To ensure appropriate measurement and reporting of service performance, usage and availability is in place in order to analyse the trends to identify and prioritize improvements
• Implementing correct measurement of capacity demands
• Implementing DevOps tools and life cycle processes on responsible services.
• Working in multiple Agile Squad teams and delivering outputs per each team
• Maintaining a close relationship with the respective departments (marketing, project office, infrastructure, solution) to be aware of any changes to or additions to the current scope of the services
• Leading micro groups and project
• Very good command of written and spoken English
